Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel, Altamonte Springs

The hotel room was a mixed experience with accommodating features but also some drawbacks like noisy surroundings and cleanliness issues. The service quality was top-notch, meeting my needs effectively and professionally. The location was convenient for both leisure and business travelers with easy access to major attractions. Dining options were satisfactory despite some limitations, and the overall facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few downsides. The rooms were nice and big, sanitized, and spotless, but unfortunately, I encountered issues with no hot water and a clogged drain in the tub. The service was friendly and helpful, although at times, it felt like they were more focused on air fresheners than customer experiences. The hotel's location was perfect, near restaurants and stores, but poor housekeeping left a messy impression. As for dining, the options were limited to cold breakfast items, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
